The Blakely Button Down Swiss Dot Top is a top made from chiffon fabric that has Swiss Dot detailing.  This top has light weight ruffle sleeves, tie front hemline and features a button down front. 

Fit/Sizing .. This top is a bit shorter in length and fitted in waist, back of waistband does have some stretchy smocking for a little bit of stretch.
