A precious Glenlivet from the post-war period, more precisely from the year 1946. A truly historic bottling. This fine single malt was distilled in 1946 and then matured in First Fill sherry casks. The bottling took place in the Distillery Label or Rare Vintage series of the independent bottler Gordon and MacPhail. Gordon and MacPhail is famous for its particularly old and valuable single malt whiskey bottlings. This Glenlivet is a particularly noble collector's item. You will also receive a certificate signed by hand with the bottle. Gentle and velvety with fine oak aromas, this very special post-warswhisky comes into the bottle. Wonderfully Matured 56-Year Single Malt Scotch Whiskey.
